Widely used in light weight, fine powder materials granulating.The more fine powder is, the higher the 

spherical degree is,the better the granule quality is.Generally,granule particle size should be bigger than

 300 mesh.

The powder is put into the machine continuously via calibrated feeder setted on the top of granulator.

Internally high-speed rotating member with stirring tooth could produce huge mechanical force and 

aerodynamic force,under the forces,powder could contact well with the binder(usually is water)

(have a the injection machine),continuously realizing the process of mixing, granulating and 

densification.Finally,we could getting required spherical particles products,realizing carbon black 

granulating.

Technical Advantage

• Do not need any adhesives in the process of granulating.

• The equipment belongs to continuous granulating.After powder granulating,it is easier to control the dust float in the air problem in the subsequent section .

• Easy to control:The size of the granule diameter could be adjusted via material moisture content and spindle speed.Generally the lower the moisture content is and the higher speed is , the smaller the particle is , and vice versa.
